The examination questions are designed according to the Body of Knowledge of respective discipline. Examination is open-booked and consists of multiple choice questions. Please click here to view the exam details. Examination fee should be paid before attending the exam.
The public exam (written exam) dates are as follows. Deadline of application is one month before the exam date. Please go to Download Section to download the required forms and issue cheque payable to "International Six Sigma Council Limited" according to Fee Schedule Section.

Exam Result will be announced within 1 month by e-mail. Certificate will be mailed out to the correspondence address within 2 months after the announcement of results.
Yellow Belt/Six Sigma Champion
Exam will be conducted as above.
Green Belt (Note 1)
The project affidavit and project documentation should be submitted within one year of the public exam. Result of the project assessment will be announced within 1 month upon receipt of the project document.
Black Belt (Note 1)
The project affidavit and project documentation should be submitted within one year of the public exam. Oral exam will be arranged within 2 months after receiving the project documentation. Result of the project assessment and oral exam will be announced within 1 month after the oral exam.
Master Black Belt
The project affidavit , project documentation and evaluation results should be submitted to the board for application within two years of the oral exam. The oral exam will be arranged within 2 months after receiving the application. Result of the Board Assessment will be announced within 1 month after the oral exam.
Six Sigma Trainer
The Board Assessment will be arranged within 2 months after receiving the application. The proof of qualifications and evaluation results should be submitted with the application. Result of the Board Assessment will be announced within 1 month of the exam.
Note 1: Candidate can choose to attend the written exam before the project assessment or vice versa.
