Zhang Chi (China)
Zhang Chi is a quality expert in Shenzhen Quality Certification Center. He has worked as a quality manager in Sony, Tandy and Huang Hui for many years. Among all his experience, most of them are quality related. Mr. Zhang also keeps in touch with latest technology in quality around the world. His main research interest is in Six Sigma. He has published 9 books, including 《现代企业品质管理技术》、《6SIGMA品质管理》 and《6SIGMA实战》.
Dr. Boon How Chong (China)
Dr. Chong holds Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D). He is a Master Black Belt and ABNLP Certified Master Practitioner of NLP. He is the CEO/Chairman of Berkeley Henderson Consulting. Dr. Chong was the Quality Director of Motorola (Greater China) and Customer Service Director of Hewlett Packard. Dr. Chong was among the pioneer management team responsible for the setting up of ACER factory in Malaysia. Under his leadership, ACER was certified for ISO 9002 with zero-deviations during the assessment by BVQI. In 1995, Dr. Chong has established the "Real-time repair in one hour" for mobile phones in Motorola, which became the standard of after-sales service benchmark for other companies in telecommunication industry in China. Dr. Chong has established the Motorola in-house consulting group that provided Six Sigma 5-Star STSQ training for the Network Service Operator including China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom to help them enhance their service quality and management performance. He was honoured the Senior Quality Advisor by CAQ in recognition of his contribution to the quality improvement in China.
Dr. Ricky Yeung (Hong Kong)

Dr. Yeung is the Past President and Director of IIE (HK), Industrial Engineering Expert, CMES (China), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Founding President of Six Sigma Society of Hong Kong, Council Member of HKIE Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
Dr. Hongyi Sun (Hong Kong)
Dr. Hongyi Sun holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Aalborg University in Denmark. Dr. Sun was a lecturer at HIT in the 1986 to 1990. He was an Associate Professor at the Department of Manufacturing Engineering & Engineering Management, City University of Hong Kong. His teaching and research areas include management of technological innovation, manufacturing/operations strategy, quality management and comparative study. Hongyi Sun has published articles in International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Human Factor in Manufacturing, International Journal of Technology Management, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, International Journal of Management, TECHNOVTION, Education + Training and Journal of Engineering Education.
Mr. Louis Kwong (Hong Kong)
Mr. Kwong holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from Univeristy of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and was the Regional Operations Consultant in ING Asia/Pacific Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow of the Association of International Accountants (FAIA), Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FHKICPA).
Ir. Prof Hon Philip Chan H.E. Postdoctoral (Hong Kong)
Prof Chan is working in Holmbergs Childsafety Co. Ltd. as CEO responsible for global operations based in Hong Kong. Prof Chan holds Postdoctoral in Management Sciences and Engineering. He is the only HK Citizen obtained First China Excellence Quality Person award and Six Sigma Expert of China Association for Quality (CAQ). In 2000, he was elected as Expert of Industrial Engineering by Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. He is actively contribute to community services in Quality fields including Director of CAQ, CAQ's Examiner for Six Sigma Black Belt teachers, Honorary Advisors of Six Sigma Institute(SSI) and Hong Kong Quality Management Association, Guest Professor of Tianjin University, Beijing Normal University; Visiting Professor of Bulacan University and Tarlac State University and NEUST.
